Oganes Margaryan
Founder & CEO (since 2017)
Originally from Armenia, Oganes founded Medplus out of cultural traditions of elder care and a desire to fill gaps he saw in U.S. terminal care. His leadership keeps compassion at the center of everything we do.
Matthew Rodriguez, RN
Director of Patient Care Services (since 2023)
An RN since 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, San Bernardino, Matthew brings 12 years of ICU nursing and 7 years in hospice care, previously serving as DPCS designee and RN Case Manager.
